Tammy Torres, business owner and lifelong baker, started Charming Creations in 2010. The idea was born out of her need to find specialty products for masterpiece cupcakes, cakes, and desserts that she creates for family and friends who request them all the time.
Tammy has been passionate about baking all her life. She has tried a wide variety of products and brands - from specialty ingredients, to baking liners, to cake and cupcake decoration - and has her favorites and must have ingredients and brands in her creations. In the past, in her quest for high quality specialty products, Tammy had to travel much further than she wanted - to places like Sacramento, San Jose, and Southern California - often paying prices that she felt were too high.
Charming Creations is the result of an enormous amount of research - both online and offline - and a lot of traveling to find and negotiate with the best suppliers. As a result, the company is able to pass on savings to clients, who range from hobby bakers who only need a few items at a time, to large specialty bakeshops that want to get the best quality products at reasonable prices.
Charming Creations is happy to receive orders for 50 cupcake liners for less than $2.00 all the way to 50,000+ grease proof liners to upscale bakers that sell an average of 2,000 cupcakes per day. Some of the winners of the Cupcake Wars Show at the Food Network are clients of hers!
