Fresh Fruits Everywhere
The Cherry-picking season is still upon us, so if you haven't done so this year, get out there and take advantage of Brentwood's summer bounty. Weekends are usually packed so if you live in the area and have the opportunity - do your picking on a weekday. Make sure though that you check with the farm that they are indeed open for fruit-picking on that day! Here's our cherry-picking page for some more tips.
Likewise, take advantage of the Brentwood Farmers Market on Saturday mornings through October 29, from 8:00 - 12:00 noon. Go to MJ's Downtown Cafe on 1st Street for a great tasting breakfast or lunch, or try lunch at the other Downtown Restaurants and then check out the shops in the area.
