Homelife Senior Care

Providing Exceptional Care

At HomeLife Senior Care we pride ourselves in offering caregivers who are “the cream of the crop.” Many of our caregivers are CNA’s but in addition, each of our caregivers complete a program exclusive to our company and become Certified Companion Aides (CCA).  This provides our clients and their families with the peace of mind and satisfaction in knowing they are in good hands.

Because our caregivers are “the cream of the crop,”

you can be assured of receiving exceptional, high quality care...

The CCA accreditation is achieved when a caregiver completes a program consisting of 19 modules specific in geriatric care which include subjects such as professionalism, personal and emergency care, understanding aging and death and dying, knowledge about common chronic and acute conditions, maintaining a healthy and safe environment, nutrition, meal planning, shopping and preparation, as well as other valuable topics. A caregiver receives their CCA certificate after completing a series of tests demonstrating their knowledge in these areas that are vital to the well-being of our customers.

Along with the CCA certification program, we also offer ongoing, monthly trainings to keep them informed about important matters pertaining to our clients. We recently provided a hands-on workshop regarding the proper ways to lift and transfer a person, focusing on preventing injury to both the client and the caregiver. We offer a series of hospice classes with certification each year to educate the caregivers about the dying process and the imperative need for empathy and compassion during this delicate time. Alzheimer’s and dementia are important issues that we teach with the help of medical professionals and those with personal experience, along with Parkinson’s, stroke, diabetes, and mental illness.

With their training and experience, HomeLife Senior Care caregivers are equipped to provide the very best, non-medical, elderly care available. Because our caregivers are “the cream of the crop,” you can be assured of receiving exceptional, high quality care.
