Transportation all around town and beyond...
The Altamont Commuter Express (ACE) system connects Stockton to Silicon Valley, with stops at Stockton, Manteca/Lathrop, Tracy, Vasco, Livermore, Pleasanton, Fremont, Great America, Santa Clara, and San Jose. Morning trains run from Stockton to San Jose, and afternoon trains run from San Jose to Stockton. Check out the details and train schedule at the Ace Rail website. Working in San Francisco? You can catch the BART from the Pittsburg/Bay Point or Concord Stations. Check out the system map and detailed schedule at the BART website. And yes, I am still keeping my fingers crossed that BART is coming to Brentwood at some point! Check out the eBart project details here.
