Opening on August 9th
The Wishing Crab
at the Streets of Brentwood
The wait is over!
The Wishing Crab is opening at the Streets of Brentwood tomorrow, Tuesday, August 9, 2011!
We were privileged to have a chat with The Wishing Crab restaurant owner Tan Le, who graciously gave us a sneak peek of the restaurant, a few days before the grand opening.
The new restaurant,
the first of its kind in Brentwood, is a specialty seafood restaurant serving mouthwatering seafood dishes in an American style but with an Asian flare. Lots of crabs, shrimps, lobsters, and other seafood in an East-West fusion of flavors. The menu offers a full selection of ready-to-enjoy dishes from appetizers, soups, salads, to main dishes.
In addition, The Wishing Crab offers an opportunity for friends and families to enjoy the gathering even more - by cooking the food together in a fondue or what is also known as "hotpot." Hot pot dining is a delicious and healthy choice in many Asian cultures. As Le mentioned, "At The Wishing Crab, we want to showcase the experience of families and friends gathering around the table sharing food and life stories."
Here is the link to their menu - check it out so you'll see why we can't wait to try it as soon as it opens!
At The Wishing Crab, we want all of our customers to have a unique dining experience, where all customers can still have wishes and dreams to remind them of the meaning of life and the many things to look forward to. We want our children to have dreams and goals to guide them through adulthood. We want adults to know that they too, can still have their wishes and dreams come true.
For each crab order, The Wishing Crab will donate $1.00 to a charitable fund that supports college education.
When you join us at The Wishing Crab, we want you to relax, move in the waves of well-being and fine dining. Flow in our natural environment, we have no need for defense. All of our needs are met, and we are divinely cared for.
